The best work comes from collaboration. We will conduct an initial panel interview with your cross functional team. Upon successful completion, this will be followed by a panel meeting with select leadership team members.

The team members you have interviewed with will regroup to discuss your candidacy. This discussion will aim to identify fit for the role you have applied, as well as potential career development opportunities. Our philosophy is to hire for both short term and long term impact.

Our HR team will prepare an invitational offer for you to join our team, and a background check based on your acceptance. Your first week will include an orientation, meetings with your assigned client team, and a team lunch to welcome you!
